Get More Out Of Your Experience.

Your experience has value. The challenge is communicating it clearly and using it deliberately.

Career Capital is a live 3-day programme that helps experienced professionals identify the value beneath their job titles, communicate it more effectively, and turn it into more deliberate career and earning options.

By Sunday evening, you’ll have a clearer way to communicate the value you offer, in words you can use in meetings and on LinkedIn.

THE PROBLEM

You Have Years of Experience. Why Is It So Hard to Explain What You Are Good At?

01

Your experience is buried inside job titles.

A senior person asks what you do, and you answer with your job title.

Your CV can list roles and responsibilities without revealing the judgement, capabilities and results you have built along the way. You know you are experienced, but the value beneath that experience is still difficult to name.

02

Good work doesn’t always speak for itself.

You are thanked for your sound analysis, but nothing is decided.

You may be good at analysis, problem-solving or getting difficult work done. But if the insight, recommendation or business value is unclear, other people cannot truly see what your work makes possible.

03

Your value can feel tied to one employer or role.

You consider taking on another role, but cannot say which of your skills would really travel.

When you consider progression, a different role, another market, consulting or independent work, it can be hard to separate what is genuinely portable from what only made sense inside your current organisation.

The problem is not that you have too little experience. It is that years of experience have never been turned into a clear, usable account of the value you now carry.

THE TRUTH

Your Career Is More Than a Job Title

For most professionals, your ability to earn is the engine behind your savings, investments and future choices. That is your Career Capital, the combination of skills, judgement, evidence, reputation, relationships and ways of working that you have accumulated over time.

However when that value is hidden, it is harder to communicate, easier to overlook and more dependent on your current employer recognising it for you. Strengthening your Career Capital can help you earn more, create more options and become less dependent on any single role or employer.

The MoneyGist Career Capital programme gives you a structured way to identify what you have built, communicate why it matters and decide how you want to use it.

WHY This Programme Exists

Bridging Perception & Reality

When I started my career, I struggled with translating what I knew and what I could do into something others would value.

I knew I had what it took. I had earned a demanding engineering degree and had already moved across different industries and functions. Yet when it came to communicating what I knew in a way that senior leaders could quickly understand, I struggled.

What helped was having the opportunity to work closely with senior directors and realising that less is often more. While we are often eager to demonstrate the thoroughness of the work done, a leader simply needs to know why it matters.

In the last 20 years, my work has covered market intelligence, financial and business modelling, pricing, commercial planning and multi-market strategy. I have also worked on process design, global planning systems, testing, rollout and training across different teams and business units.

A recurring part of that work has been turning complex analysis into a clear recommendation that decision-makers can understand and act on. It has also meant helping other people understand a process well enough to use it without me.

Career Capital brings those disciplines together. We will identify the value inside your experience, make the evidence easier to communicate, and use it to think more deliberately about what comes next.

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

A Clearer Account of Your Value and What to Do With It

The goal is not another collection of career advice. You will work on your own experience, language, and options. By Sunday, three things should be clear.

FRIDAY

IDENTIFY & POSITION

The value beneath your job titles

Clarify the problems you solve, the capabilities you bring, and the evidence that supports them.

You leave with a Career Capital position you can explain without reciting your CV.

SATURDAY

COMMUNICATE & BE SEEN

A sharper way to communicate

Turn your work from analysis into business insights and demonstrate your professional value to decision-makers, both in and out of your organisation.

You leave being able to communicate your work more clearly in presentations and on LinkedIn.

SUNDAY

KNOW YOUR OPTIONS

A realistic view of where your experience can take you

Work out a clear view of the roles, markets, or independent opportunities your skills could transfer to, and which are worth exploring further.

You leave with a deliberate next move to pursue after the weekend.

A CONSIDERED FIT

This Is for You If Your Experience Has Outgrown the Way You Describe It

This is for you if…

  • You have years of professional experience, but your job title does not capture everything you can do.
  • You need to explain your analysis, recommendations or professional value more clearly to senior decision-makers.
  • You are considering progression, a different role, another market, consulting, advisory work or greater independence.

This is not for you if…

  • You want someone to write your CV, applications or LinkedIn profile for you.
  • You are looking for recruitment, job placement or an interview-preparation service.
  • You want a guaranteed promotion, salary increase, job offer or consulting client.

THE QUESTIONS YOU MAY BE ASKING

What May Be Holding You Back

“I am not planning to leave my job.”

You do not need to be. Career Capital can help you communicate more clearly, increase your influence and make better use of your experience inside your current organisation. More options can strengthen your position without requiring an immediate move.

“I already know what I’m good at.”

Knowing it privately is a start. The harder test is whether you can communicate it clearly, connect it to relevant business problems, and make that value clear to someone outside your immediate team.

“I do not want to become a LinkedIn creator.”

You do not have to. The goal is to make your expertise understandable and discoverable when the right person looks, not to turn content creation into another job.

THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

Frequently Asked Questions

When does the pilot run?

The pilot is planned for the last weekend of January 2027. It runs live online from Friday 29th to Sunday 31st January.

How is Career Capital delivered?

There are three live online working sessions, one each day from Friday to Sunday. Each session lasts two hours and combines explanation, guided exercises using your own experience and time to ask questions while you work.

Who is the programme for?

It is for analysts, managers and experienced professionals who want to understand the value they have accumulated, communicate it more clearly and create more deliberate career and earning options.

Will you write my CV or LinkedIn profile?

No. We will work on your professional positioning, communication and visibility, including how your value appears on LinkedIn. This is not a done-for-you CV, profile-writing or application service.

Do I need to be planning a career change or business?

No. You can use the work to progress or communicate more effectively in your current organisation. Career changes, consulting and independent work are possible options to examine, not required outcomes.

Will you also show us how to use our skills to start a business?

This programme helps you understand all your options. While starting a business is a genuine option you may arrive at, Idea To Launch may be a better way to learn how to actually kick off the business idea.

What happens after I pay?

Your place is reserved in the pilot cohort. You will receive the confirmed times and joining information before the programme. If the confirmed times do not work for you, you can move to a later cohort or request a full refund.

Does Career Capital guarantee a promotion, salary increase or new opportunity?

No. The programme provides structured career-development work and decision support. It cannot guarantee a promotion, salary increase, job offer, client or business result.
