Opportunity Review · PRIVATE WORKING SESSION

You’re Earning Well But Building Slow.

Let’s fix it together.

You’re doing okay, but something isn’t moving as quickly as it should. Maybe your finances are scattered and important decisions keep getting postponed. Pensions from different employers, savings and investments in different places, etc. Or perhaps you would love to grow your income and career but you are too firmly seated in your comfort zone.

The MoneyGist Opportunity Review is a focused session that allows us to work through your total wealth picture and leave with clear priorities you can act on immediately.

In one private 120-minute session we go through your position together. We will identify where you stand, what needs attention and what to do next, so you can prioritise.

I provide the structure, financial education and a private working session. You control every decision and leave with a clear way forward.

THE PROBLEM

You’re Not Struggling. But You Can Do Better.

You earn well. You’re good at what you do. From the outside everything looks like it’s working. But you know your money isn’t doing much, and hasn’t been for a while.

01

Your finances have too many moving parts

You already know what an ISA is. You have heard about pensions, LISAs, and salary sacrifice. But your questions are a bit more specific. What happens when your situation spans two countries? What if you plan to relocate again in future?

A YouTube video might explain the concept but it cannot help you see the full picture.

02

You are not making the best use of what you have

You know you are capable of more. You have built a career over countries and set some money aside. But changing employers, pushing for a promotion or making new career moves feel risky.

You stay where you are, even as your earning power and options begin to plateau.

03

The same questions keep moving to another weekend

You make a note to revisit an old pension, check an account back home or organise your investment records.

Then work gets busy. Family needs something. The question is pushed to another weekend and you start the research all over again.

You don’t need more information. You only want an objective view of your situation and a clear plan on what to do next.

THE TRUTH

You Don’t Need Another Course. You Need Someone To Sit With You.

You are not paying for information. You are paying for clarity and someone to get you past the point where you would normally stop.

That is what the Opportunity Review is for.

We take the questions that have been circling in your head, put the relevant pieces in one place and work through them in a sensible order. You leave knowing what you have decided, what still needs answering and what to do first.

“I would value mentorship. So if there is something, even if it’s an app, so I feel as if I’m not alone. I’m not lost.”

WHY THIS EXISTS

Sometimes You Just Need To Talk To Someone

Hi, I’m Modupe. Much of my career has involved helping people make sense of complicated systems and situations. Too much information, competing priorities, several possible routes, and decisions that still need to be made.

Then I moved to London and found myself facing that exact problem in my own financial life.

Despite investing my own money for over 15 years, the UK system was new to me. After months researching ISAs, SIPPs, investment platforms and tax rules, what finally got me moving was simple: a conversation that helped me work out what actually mattered, answer the question holding me back and decide what to do next.

That is what led me to create the MoneyGist Opportunity Review. Sometimes you don’t need another course or more research. You just need focused time to talk through the situation, challenge your thinking, and leave with a clear decision about what to do next.

The question might be about getting more from your money, turning your experience into better career opportunities, or making a decision where the two meet. Sometimes the fastest way forward is to put everything on the table, work out what matters and decide what comes next.

Where we discuss financial topics, I will provide education and support, not personalised financial advice. Where you need regulated, tax or legal advice, I will say so clearly.

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

Your Options Made Clear

Imagine ending the call and not feeling the need to research any other thing. You know where you stand, what needs attention, and what you are doing next.

YOUR POSITION IS CLEAR

The question is no longer circling in your head

Your current situation is clear. You are clear on all your assets and you know what you can access now to get you where you want to be.

THE OPTIONS MAKE SENSE

You know what matters now

You know which decisions need to be made, what can wait, and what needs a regulated professional.

You have enough context to take immediate action. You no longer worry there is something you’re missing.

A CONSIDERED FIT

This Is Not for Everyone

This is for you if…

  • You earn okay but your finances are scattered or important decisions remain unfinished.
  • You have assets, responsibilities, or future plans that extend beyond the UK.
  • You want to make better sense of the investments, savings and assets you have accumulated.
  • You understand some concepts but still have a live question in front of you or some decisions sitting unfinished.
  • You want a focused private working session with room for your own questions.
  • You want to understand how you could create more earning power or options.
  • You are willing to make your own informed decisions and complete the follow-up action by yourself.

This is not for you if…

  • You want someone to tell you exactly which investment to buy, sell or transfer.
  • You are looking for stock tips, market predictions or guaranteed returns.
  • You need regulated financial, tax or legal advice.
  • You need CV writing, interview preparation or recruitment services.
  • You want someone else to do the work for you or be in control of your accounts.
  • You want weeks of ongoing accountability rather than a coaching session.

QUESTIONS YOU MAY BE ASKING

What May Be Holding You Back

“Why not just pay a financial adviser?”

You may actually need one.

The Opportunity Review does not attempt to replace a regulated financial adviser. It serves a different function.

An adviser can make regulated recommendations about particular investments. I provide financial education, structure and working frameworks so you can organise your financial picture and decide your own next steps.

“I can figure this out by myself.”

You probably can.

The question is whether you want to spend more weekends piecing the same information together, or work through it in a clear sequence with someone who has already been where you are and who can point out the obstacles from their own experience.

You are paying for focused private attention, a structured conversation and a concise summary of what comes next.

“I do not want another long programme.”

The Opportunity Review is one 120-minute working session, with an optional 60-minute follow-up.

Complete the pre-work, then use the session to work through the priorities in front of you. You receive a concise written summary within 72 hours. The optional follow-up takes place within three months with no further demands on your time.

“My situation may change if I leave the UK.”

That possibility belongs inside the conversation, not outside it.

Relevant cross-border questions belong in the financial picture, including existing assets elsewhere and a possible future move. This does not include personalised tax or legal advice for another country.

“I do not want to hand over my financial information.”

You don’t have to.

You complete the intake and financial inventory and decide what information to discuss during the session. You do not provide passwords, account access or login details.

“What am I paying for beyond the conversation?”

A clear record of the priorities and next steps you worked through. Plus the option to return for a follow-up session in 3 months.

The introductory price is £197. The planned standard price for this new version is £497.

THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book the session?

Use the payment link on this page. After payment, choose from the available dates and times. You will receive an email with the calendar invite, the meeting link and the pre-work form.

What is the pre-work?

A short form asking what you hold, roughly where, and what you most want the session to settle. It takes a few minutes and it means we start on your actual position instead of spending the first half hour on background.

You decide what you are comfortable putting on it. You do not need to provide account details or access to your financial accounts.

What can we cover in 120 minutes?

We agree the focus at the start, then work through it in two hours.

We get as practical as necessary so you can move forward by yourself afterwards.

How does the follow-up work?

You can book one 60-minute follow-up call after your session, if you want it. Use it to check progress or clear a question that appeared once you started working through the map. While optional, it is included in the fee.

Can my spouse or partner attend?

Yes. Your spouse or partner may attend where the finances are jointly held or the decision needs to be made together. You remain the primary client.

Will you tell me what to invest in?

No. I will not provide personalised recommendations about what you should buy, sell, invest in or transfer.

The session provides financial education, structured decision frameworks and a place to work through your options. You remain responsible for every decision.

Can we discuss finances or assets outside the UK?

Yes. We can work through how your international position affects the decisions in front of you.

The session does not include personalised cross-border tax, legal or regulated financial advice. Where specialist advice is needed, I will say so.

Can we work on a career question instead of my finances?

Yes. The Opportunity Review can focus on either Money & Wealth or Career & Earning Power.

For career sessions, we can work through questions around professional value, positioning, career options, earning power and what to do next.

Can we cover both my career and finances?

There is often overlap, particularly where career decisions affect income or financial resilience. But two hours disappears quickly, so we will agree one primary question before the session and focus the time there.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

If you change your mind, email me before your session begins. I will refund you in full. No questions asked.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
